1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to EASY PSC. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the website located at easypsc.com, our mobile application, or any associated APIs, tools, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or if under 18, that you are using this platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Educational Services Provided

EASY PSC provides online educational resources tailored specifically for candidates preparing for competitive examinations conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) and allied bodies. Our services include:

• Timed online mock tests with instant scoring and negative marking calculations (0.33 mark deduction per incorrect answer).
• Previous Year Question (PYQ) question papers and interactive revision sets.
• SCERT Kerala (Classes 5 to 10) textbook-oriented question banks.
• Topic-wise rank files covering Kerala History, Indian Constitution, Geography, Science, and Mental Ability.
• Exam syllabus breakdowns, notifications tracker, and examination timetable updates.

3. Non-Affiliation Declaration (Crucial Notice)

EASY PSC is an independent educational portal founded and operated by Nidheesh C V.

The official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission is accessible at https://www.keralapsc.gov.in, and candidate one-time profile registration (OTR) is conducted solely via https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in. All official recruitment notices, rank lists, and admission tickets must be accessed directly through the official KPSC portals.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Scraping Policy

All original content created by EASY PSC — including website layout, graphic design, user interface elements, software source code, question arrangements, explanations, notes, and database architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of EASY PSC and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international copyright treaties.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, duplicate, resell, or distribute our proprietary question compilations or notes for commercial gain without explicit prior written authorization.
• Deploy automated spiders, web crawlers, scrapers, data extraction scripts, or automated bots to index or download content from EASY PSC.
• Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary materials of EASY PSC.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the website or mobile application.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

EASY PSC aims to foster a respectful, collaborative study environment. While using our website, interactive tools, or blog comment sections, you agree that you will not:

• Post comments containing hate speech, harassment, defamation, obscenity, or regional/religious discrimination.
• Disseminate false information, spam, promotional links, commercial advertisements, or unsolicited messages.
• Impersonate any individual, government official, or entity.
• Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or server performance of EASY PSC through DDoS attacks, malicious scripts, or SQL injections.

6. User Accounts, Authentication & Security

Certain features (such as saving test performance, tracking bookmarks, and appearing on candidate leaderboards) require creating an account via email, phone, or third-party authentication (Google OAuth).

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at contact@easypsc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may request complete account and data deletion at any time by visiting our Account & Data Deletion Page.

7. Educational Content & Answer Key Accuracy

While we invest immense care in verifying questions against SCERT textbooks and official Kerala PSC answer keys, study materials and notifications are provided on an "as is" educational basis.

The Kerala Public Service Commission frequently issues provisional answer keys followed by revisions and final answer keys (often cancelling specific questions). In any situation where an answer key on EASY PSC differs from the official final key published by the Kerala Public Service Commission, the official notification published at keralapsc.gov.in shall be the final and conclusive standard. Candidates are encouraged to report any detected errors using our Contact Page.

8. Third-Party Advertisements & Google AdSense

To keep our educational content completely free for all students, EASY PSC displays third-party advertisements, primarily served by Google AdSense.

Google and other third-party vendors use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. EASY PSC does not control or endorse the products or services advertised by third parties. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

EASY PSC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular examination, or non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall EASY PSC, its founder Nidheesh C V, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your reliance on mock test scores, rank estimations, or answers found on the platform.
• Any actual examination performance, candidate shortlisting, or final Kerala PSC rank list outcome.
• Unscheduled website downtime, internet disruptions, or technical failures.

10. Mobile Application License

When you download or install the EASY PSC Android application from the Google Play Store, EASY PSC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational study.

11. Termination & Suspension of Access

EASY PSC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend your account, block your IP address, or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in harmful, malicious, or abusive activities on our platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of EASY PSC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Wayanad / Kerala, India.
