1. Clarification on Official Kerala PSC Portals
Candidates and users of EASY PSC must note that official government notifications, examination schedules, candidate profiles (One Time Registration / OTR), admission tickets (hall tickets), and official final rank lists are administered exclusively by the official Kerala Public Service Commission bodies:

EASY PSC does not issue admit cards, conduct official recruitment, collect application fees on behalf of the government, or possess any authority over government appointments.
2. Sourcing of Government Information & Fair Use
Public examination materials published on EASY PSC — including past question booklets, examination syllabi, timetable notifications, and provisional answer keys — are documents issued in the public domain by the Kerala Public Service Commission.
EASY PSC curates, organizes, indexes, and adapts these public domain materials into interactive online mock tests and study rank files strictly for educational review, practice, and non-commercial candidate self-assessment under the Fair Use provisions of Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). We make no proprietary claim over the official question booklets originally authored by the Commission.
3. Mock Test Scores & Performance Estimations
Any scores, performance metrics, marks (with negative mark deductions of 0.33 per incorrect answer), leaderboards, or ranks displayed on EASY PSC are simulated estimations derived from candidates who participate on our platform.
4. Accuracy of Educational Content & Answer Keys
All study notes, rank files, and answer keys on EASY PSC are created in good faith and verified against SCERT textbooks and official publications. However, the Kerala Public Service Commission frequently modifies provisional keys after considering candidate objections, often cancelling specific questions or accepting multiple options.
While we regularly update our question banks to mirror official Final Answer Keys, EASY PSC makes no warranty regarding the complete factual infallibility of any question. In case of any conflict or ambiguity, the official final answer key published on the official Kerala PSC portal (keralapsc.gov.in) remains the sole authoritative standard.
