Account & Personal Data Deletion Instructions
At EASY PSC, you have absolute ownership of your personal data. Review the straightforward methods below to permanently delete your account, test records, and bookmarks in accordance with Google Play Developer Data Safety policies.
Your Right to Erasure
In full compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EASY PSC provides two seamless methods to request the complete, permanent deletion of your account and personal identifiable information (PII).
Instant Account Deletion Inside the Android App
The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the EASY PSC mobile application. Doing so will immediately wipe your credentials and test history from our active databases:
Open App
Launch the EASY PSC app on your Android device and log into the account you wish to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab located in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Delete
Scroll down to the account settings area and tap Manage Account > Delete Account.
Confirm
Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and stored records will be immediately erased.
Request Data Deletion via Web Form or Email
If you have already uninstalled the app, lost your device, or prefer our technical team to manually remove all traces of your data, you can submit an email or web request:
Email Support Request
Send an email from your registered email address to contact@easypsc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your full name and registered phone number (if you used mobile OTP login).
What Data is Deleted vs. Retained

Processing Timeframe & Confirmation
In-App Deletions: Completed instantaneously upon confirmation.
Email / Web Requests: Acknowledged within 24 hours and completed within 7 to 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your data has been completely expunged from our servers.
