A Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics) from a UGC recognized university or National institutes established by the Central Government or institutions established by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent.

Associate Membership Diploma of the Institution of Engineers in India in Electrical Engineering or any other Diploma recognised as equivalent thereto

How to Submit Application (Step-by-Step)
Candidates must register as per "One Time Registration" on the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission.

1. One-Time Registration (OTR): First-time users only. Go to the official website (www.keralapsc.gov.in) and create a profile to get your unique User ID and Password.

2. Upload the Right Photo: Strict photo rules. If you are creating a new profile, your photo must be taken within the last 6 months. Your Name and the Date the photo was taken must be printed clearly at the bottom. Once accepted, it is valid for 10 years.
