Qualification & Eligibility
Candidate must possess at least one of the following qualification sets:
Set 1 — Must have ALL of these:
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering of the Kerala University or Diploma
recognised by Government as equivalent thereto.
In addition to the above, in the case of Second Grade
Overseers/ Draftsman, Third Grade Overseers / Tracers , Clerks, Typist,
Typist – Clerk and Confidential Assistants they should have rendered
not less than 2 years service in the respective categories in the Public
Works Department.
