Data Deletion

At EASY PSC, we respect your right to privacy and your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer policies and general privacy principles, we provide straightforward methods for our users to request the complete deletion of their accounts and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

The fastest and most direct way to delete your account is through the EASY PSC mobile application itself. Doing so will immediately process your request and securely delete your data.

1. Open the EASY PSC mobile application on your device.
2. Log in to the account you wish to delete.
3. Navigate to the Profile screen by tapping the profile icon in the navigation menu.
4. Scroll down and locate the Delete Account or Manage Privacy option.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

How to Request Data Deletion (Via Email)

If you no longer have access to the EASY PSC app or prefer that our support team manually deletes your account, you can submit a written request.

1. Send an email to contact@easypsc.com from the email address associated with your EASY PSC account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. In the body of the email, please explicitly state that you want your account and all associated personal data permanently deleted. Include your phone number if your account was registered via a mobile number.

Our team will process your email request and remove your data from our active databases within 30 days of receiving your message.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove the following from our active systems:

• Your personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
• Your uploaded profile photos
• Your examination history, bookmarks, and mock test scores
• Your app preferences and configurations

Please note that we may retain certain information in secure backups for a limited time for legal compliance, security auditing, or to prevent fraudulent activity. This retained data will not be used for any other purpose and will be purged upon the expiration of our backup lifecycle.
