Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Easy PSC.

Welcome to Easy PSC (formerly Thulasi PSC). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”) or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

        ⚠️ Crucial Notice: Easy PSC is a private educational platform. We are NOT affiliated with the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) or the Government of Kerala. We provide study materials for practice purposes only.
    

1. Use of Services

Easy PSC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal educational use. You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or its content (including question banks).
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App.
Use automated systems (“bots”) to access the App or scrape data.

2. User Accounts

To access Mock Tests, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Ensuring that the information you provide (Name, Email, Phone) is accurate.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, mock questions, and software code, is the property of Easy PSC and is protected by copyright laws.

While some questions are sourced from public previous year papers (which are public domain), the arrangement, explanations, and digitization of these materials are our proprietary content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Easy PSC makes no warranties that:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
Using this App guarantees success in any official government examination.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Easy PSC, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, exam failure, or device malfunction.

6. Third-Party Links

Our App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., YouTube, Telegram, Official PSC Portal). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
