At Easy PSC, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, we provide a transparent method for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.
What data will be deleted?
Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- User Profile: Name, Email Address, Phone Number.
- Authentication: Login credentials and password hashes.
- App Activity: Mock Test History, Exam Scores, and Ranks.
- Preferences: Bookmarks and saved questions.
⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your previous exam results or purchase history.
How to Request Deletion
Step 1: Click the button below to open your email client.
Step 2: Ensure the subject line is: Request Account Deletion.
Step 3: Send the email from the address associated with your Easy PSC account.
*We process deletion requests within 7-14 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been erased.
