Step 1: Visit the official Kerala Public Service Commission website.
Step 2: Click on the ‘One Time Registration Login’ option. It will redirect to the OTR portal.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Sign Up’ option.
Step 4: The ‘New Registration’ form will open.
Step 5: Enter the details such as personal details, User ID, and password, and tick the declaration.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Register’ button.
Step 7: Upload the latest scanned photograph and scanned signature in a specified size and format.
Step 8: The registration will be completed on the Kerala PSC portal.
